Our role
BagageSûr provides matching, verification, messaging, and accountability tools. BagageSûr is not a carrier, postal service, or financial institution.
Payments
Off-platform payments are not held, guaranteed, or refunded by BagageSûr. Each party remains responsible for verifying the terms they agree to.
Responsibility for contents
Senders must honestly declare contents and comply with laws, customs rules, and airline policies. Travelers retain the right to inspect or refuse any package.
Eligibility and conduct
Participants must be at least 18. False declarations, harassment, fraud, and prohibited items may result in immediate suspension.
