We limit public information and protect sensitive data by default.
Public information
Only first name, optional photo, trust indicators, and profile statistics are public.
Private information
Legal names, contact details, flight details, handoff locations, recipient information, and identity documents remain private and are accessed only when required to provide the service.
Automated assistant
When you use the public assistant, your question and the recent context of that conversation are sent to OpenAI to produce a response. The conversation is not linked to your account. BagageSûr keeps a filtered copy for 30 days to improve the assistant; only authorized owners and support administrators can review it. Clearing the conversation requests immediate deletion of this copy. Because filters may be imperfect, do not share legal names, identity documents, contact details, flight information, delivery codes, or handoff locations.
Identity documents
Documents are kept in private storage. Only owners and authorized verification administrators can access them.
Your choices
You may request account correction or deletion, subject to necessary retention of safety and dispute records.
